We're looking for, well, basically everything. So yeah. Music, arts, sprite arts, sound effects, level design, even mebbeh things like web design and other meta thingseh. Most likely we'll be using rpgmaker2003, so experience with that would be a major plus for anypony wishing to work on the coding and design aspects.
